Raven Song Community Health Centre

Raven Song Community Health Centre offers a range of health care services for people of all ages. We provide public and community health services, mental health and addiction services, speech therapy, nutrition counselling, home health services, youth health services and more. The centre works with community organizations and health care providers, such as your family doctor, to keep you and your community healthy.

The Primary Care High Needs and Stabilization Clinic at Raven Song supports clients with complex care needs, such as addiction and chronic disease. A health care team of doctors, nurse practitioners, social workers and nurses is available to work with clients to address their health issues.

Flu season

Beginning December 1, 2014, through March 31, 2015, all visitors must have had their flu shot or wear a mask. Flu shots for visitors are free and can be obtained at your family doctor, VCH flu clinics, walk-in clinics; or pharmacies. People planning to visit loved ones in a health care facility or who will take family members to outpatient appointments are also eligible for a free flu shot.
