Clients may also call their nearest community health centre and ask to speak with a case manager for the adult/older adult intake program.</p></div></div><div class="ExternalClass3B73E49C02AB47B785E69624ECB6BC2C"><p>​Eligibility is determined through the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority Home and Community Care Office. Priority is given to individuals living within the boundaries of the Cedar Cottage/Kensington area who are living with complex health issues. Individuals residing in surrounding areas are welcome when space is available. </p><p>Age range: 60 and over<br></p></div>
