VCH provides clinical support and harm reduction supplies. PREP Community Programs, a local not-for-profit agency staffs the site. 

The service is funded by VCH and Powell River's Community Action Team (CAT) with members from 67 local organizations, including municipal government, Tla'amin Nation, first responders, frontline community agencies, experts, residents and families with lived experience.

Powell River Community Resource Centre (CRC)

Offers drop-in support and resources to adult community members of Powell River, including those that are marginalized and at risk. Vancouver Coastal Health funds the overdose prevention site in this location.
