In our clinic, we treat patients with severe spasticity resulting from conditions such as cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, brain injury, tumour, stroke, multiple sclerosis, or motor neuron disease such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.

If you are referred to the intrathecal baclofen clinic, you will be assessed by our physiatrist to determine whether you are a candidate for the pump. If so, a test dose via lumbar puncture will be arranged for you. After you have seen the results of the intrathecal baclofen test dose and decide to go ahead with pump implantation, surgery will be arranged for you. Once your pump is implanted, you will regularly see the Intrathecal Baclofen Clinic team for maintenance, dose changes, medication refills and overall spasticity management.

4255 Laurel Street(604) 737-6359
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

(604) 734-1313 extension 2193V5Z 2G9BC

Paid parking is available.
