Public health nurses provide publicly funded vaccines, answer your questions and check vaccine records to see if you or your family members are up to date. <br><br>For those who will be travelling outside of Canada we recommend you contact the <a href="http://travelclinic.vch.ca/" target="_blank" title="Visit the Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Travel Clinic website">Vancouver Coastal Health Travel Clinic</a><br></p><h2>Kindergarten Immunization Clinic Days</h2><div><br></div><div></div><p>Immunization clinics are offered by appointment only so that physical distancing and gathering size can be maintained. These clinics are for Kindergarten children who have not already been vaccinated, and for all children starting grade 9 this fall. Please complete this form and return it as soon as possible. </p></li><li><p>Appointment confirmations and reminders will also be sent to the email address you provide when you create your account.</p></li></ol><p>You can also call Public Health at <strong>604-233-312</strong><strong>6</strong> to book an appointment over the phone.<br></p><p>Please be advised your child and accompanying caregiver are expected to arrive healthy for the appointment. They will also be screened for illness prior to entry.
