Audiology services at Vancouver Community Audiology Centre provide hearing assessments, hearing screening programs, counseling, and hearing aid services for children up to 19 years old. Adults requiring hearing services can contact their local private hearing clinics.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    ​Children aged 0 to 19 years who reside in Vancouver and Central Coast communities of British Columbia. We also provide services for children aged 4 to 19 years who attend elementary or secondary schools in Vancouver. Children aged 5 and older typically require a physician's referral.

  • Get a referral

    We accept referrals from other health professionals, or you may self-refer by calling the office. We encourage those with hearing concerns to see a physician as a first step, as some hearing loss is medically treatable.
