The Richmond Community Respiratory Program provides education and strategies to self-manage chronic lung conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis or pulmonary fibrosis to stay healthy and avoid hospital admissions.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    We service clients with chronic lung conditions such as asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), bronchiectasis or pulmonary fibrosis.

  • Get a referral

    A referral is required. Have your family doctor, nurse practitioner or respirologist complete the Richmond Community Respiratory Program referral form and fax the completed form to (236) 454-1097.

Driving to the centre:

  • From Blundell Road go north (right) onto Cheviot Place

  • Turn right onto Chelmsford Street

  • Turn left onto Chelsea Road

  • Turn right onto Chelsea Place

Taking the bus to the centre:

  • Take bus #402 Brighouse Station/Two Road

  • Bus stop is at Cheviot Place

  • Walk to Wellness Centre is 0.5 km (5 minutes). Follow the brown signs posted with the street signs
