Adolescent mental health day program offering both mental health and academic programs. Serves adolescents, ages 13 - 18 years, with serious mental health concerns who are unable to attend community schools. Provides therapy, educational interventions, transition planning and follow-up.
Serves residents of Vancouver. Clients must be dealing with a primarily mental health issue, and be prepared to work in a group environment. Students with primarily behavioural or developmental disorders are ineligible. Potential clients undergo a screening session to assess eligibility. Once accepted into the program, clients are placed on a waitlist from which the 12 places are filled based on need and suitability.
