Geriatric Assessment Program - Minoru Residence

Provides specialized geriatric health assessment and treatment to seniors over the age of 65 who are frail, at risk, or exhibit complex and/or multiple problems. Provides both the client and his/her health care providers an overall picture of their health status, including: physical and medical condition; psychological assessment including memory loss and depression; social well-being including support networks, and detailed review of all medications to check for side-effects or interactions.
