Established on a former school site, Garratt Wellness Centre includes opportunities to grow and cook food, eat well, be physically active, and build community connections.
The centre is a community health partnership between the City of Richmond and Vancouver Coastal Health ? Richmond Health Services. Officially opened on April 1, 2006, the Centre continues to expand programs and resources to meet the needs of Richmond community.
