Established on a former school site, the centre is a community health partnership between the City of Richmond and Vancouver Coastal Health ? Richmond Health Services. Officially opened on April 1, 2006, the Centre continues to expand programs and resources to meet the needs of Richmond community. Learn more about Garratt Wellness Centre.

From Blundell Road go north (right) onto Cheviot Place
Turn right onto Chelmsford Street
Turn left onto Chelsea Road
Turn right onto Chelsea Place
Taking the bus to the centre:
Take bus #402 Brighouse Station/Two Road
Bus stop is at Cheviot Place
Walk to Wellness Centre is 0.5 km (5 minutes). Follow the brown signs posted with the street signs
