Our team of outreach and social workers and peers provide connections for people who have recently experienced opioid overdose and/or are at high risk for opioid overdose to substance use care and support.
Navigation to appropriate services (e.g., primary care, detox, treatment, etc.)
Support in accessing Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) (e.g., methadone, suboxone, iOAT, etc.)
Overdose prevention education

This service is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. but messages can be left anytime at (604) 360-2874.
?People can self-refer or get a referral from health care providers.

?Metered street parking is available. Buses 004, 007, 209 run directly past.
People who are at high risk of overdose/recently overdosed and is not connected to care
People who are disconnected from care or not in regular contact with care and has overdosed recently
