The ASK (Arbutus, Shaughnessy, Kerrisdale) Friendship Society runs an Adult Day Centre focusing on the well-being of seniors and their caregivers. There are opportunities to make new friends and have fun doing therapeutic activities with the support of a caring team of trained staff members. We provide a daily exercise program and hot lunch as well has therapeutic activities such as music therapy, art programs, active games, discussion groups and entertainment. The Centre also provides health monitoring by our onsite Nurse and continued communication with case management and families. A monthly support group is held for family caregivers to connect and support each other. For more information on our program visit our website at www.askcentre.ca
