Family & Child Counselling Program of Richmond Public Health

We inspire, nurture and promote a healthy parent-child relationship through providing counselling, health promotion and consultation.

We offer short term counselling for families, in which the child/children and parents/guardians participate in.

The team hosts workshops and groups to increase parents' and guardians' knowledge of child development and to build their capacity to respond to the children's social and emotional needs. Current offerings are listed on our Eventbrite page. We also collaborate and consult with other integrative mental health services, committees, agencies, school board, consumer and multicultural groups
