Grandview Woodlands Mental Health & Substance Use Team

Our program serves clients over the age of 19 who are diagnosed with a major mental illness and experiencing significant problems that interfere with their functioning in the community.

Clients primarily fall into one of two categories:

  • Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders

  • Mood disorders, i.e. bipolar and major depressive disorders

Our multi-disciplinary services are provided through eight mental health teams and a variety of specialized programs.

Services are also provided to people who have co-occurring disorders such as personality disorders, substance abuse/misuse, mental challenges, etc.
