Patient Care Quality Office - Vancouver General Hospital

Patient Care Quality Office staff assist in the resolution of complaints, not as an advocate for either patient or the organization, but as a facilitator of resolution. The Patient Care Quality Office can also assist in system way finding. The group maintains consistency in complaint management processes, data collection, and reporting of complaints and compliments.

Please note: As of May 24, 2017, the Centennial Pavilion has been renamed to the Leon Judah Blackmore Pavilion.
