Audiology Services - Richmond Public Health

Our program offers comprehensive hearing services to Richmond residents and is a clinical practicum setting for graduate students from the University of British Columbia.

Services are available to Richmond residents age 0-19 years inclusively and to some adults with special needs. 

Audiology Service services may include:

  • Full hearing assessment
  • Hearing screening programs for school-age children and newborns
  • Hearing aid assessment
  • Counseling
  • Hearing aid sales
  • Fitting & follow-up services
  • Client and family education
  • Consultation with other service providers
  • Community education and awareness

Hours of operation

Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Referral

?We accept referrals from other health professionals or you may self-refer by calling the office. Additionally our referral forms are sent out regularly to doctor's offices. We encourage those with hearing concerns to see a physician as a first step, as some hearing loss is medically treatable.

Eligibility

Our service is available to all Richmond residents up to age 19.  

Services are also available to some adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
