The Neuromusculoskeletal Program provides specialized rehabilitation using a team approach. The team includes hospitalist, physicians, physiatrists, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, Rec Therapist and speech language pathologists, depending on the patients' needs.
Intensive inpatient rehabilitation is available to those who have been diagnosed with a variety of neuromusculoskeletal impairments such as:
Guillain Barre syndrome
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Complex musculoskeletal conditions
Paid parking is available. Pay stations are located at the main entrance to the building and at the staff entrance on 28th Avenue.
The patient must be:
16 years of age or older
Have a diagnosis of neuromusculoskeletal disease
Be medically stable
Have rehabilitation goals
