The Fraserview Intermediate Care Lodge* opened in 1970. It is a single storey building with a completely secured inner courtyard with landscaping, fountain, fish pond and heated gazebo.  Fraserview has 107 total beds, 105 of which are complex care beds; mainly on the single floor with 26 units on the 2nd floor.

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
