Epilepsy Program - Seizure Investigation Unit - Vancouver General Hospital

We perform electroencephalography (EEG) tests to record the electrical brain activity that occurs with seizures. This information is combined with clinical assessments, neuroimaging and neuropsychological assessment evaluation to determine seizure management including possible candidacy for epilepsy surgery. Basic evaluation involves average hospital stay of 7-10 days.
