Occupational Medicine Clinic - Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre

A consultation service for community physicians and UBC faculty, staffed by physicians who specialize in Occupational Medicine. 

Clinic consultants provide evaluations of the risks emanating from chemical, physical or biological hazards in the workplace environment as well as guidance on looking after the occupational health and wellbeing of B.C. workers.

Office Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 a.m - 4 p.m.
Clinic Hours: Friday, 8 a.m - 4 p.m.

Referral

Must be referred by family physician, specialist physicians and/or the WorkSafe BC. Please direct inquiries to the booking clerk by email.

Parking & transportation

There is pay parking available at our two visitor lots located on the VGH campus:

  • Multi-level parkade at the corner of West 12th Avenue and Laurel Street, across from the main entrance of the Jim Pattison Pavilion.
  • The Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre parking lot is located off of Laurel Street between West 12th and West 13th Avenue.

There is a wheelchair-accessible overpass from the VGH parkade at Level 4 and a crosswalk at Level 2.
