Assistive Technology Service - GF Strong

The Assistive Technology Service supports clinicians and rehabilitation professionals working with adults and adolescents with disabilities in the public health system of British Columbia and the Yukon.  Support is provided in the form of: consultation, assessment, evaluation, intervention, education, and equipment trials.

The service consults with and supports a client team in the assessment, selection, and application of technology to further an individual?s goals related to communication, vocation, education, leisure, and independent living.  

We maintain a selection of augmentative and alternative communication devices, environmental control systems, and accessibility devices for demo/trial.

Parking & transportation

Paid parking is available. Pay stations are located at the main entrance to the building and at the staff entrance on 28th Avenue. 


?Access to consultation and equipment trial services is through referral by clinicians only.
