At Employee Wellness we take care of those who give care by working collectively to support, treat and make a positive difference in the psychological health and wellness of VCH staff and physicians.
As the new Manager, Clinical Services, you will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical programs, initiatives, and activities in Employee Wellness, as well as provide day-to-day leadership, coordination and consultation to clinical staff and external service providers within a designated service area.
In addition, this person will:
Manage the Employee Wellness Critical Incident Stress Management Program and/or clinical services program
Development, management, staff scheduling, and dissemination of resource information directed at ensuring client satisfaction 24/7.
Effective coordination and delivery of services to clients and linkages to community and healthcare resources
Promote excellence and professionalism in the delivery of all Employee Wellness services
Ensure that all related activities are in compliance with departmental policies, procedures and professional standards
Carry a clinical caseload
