Urban Poling is a fun, low impact, full body workout that burns 20 to 46% more calories than walking!
After a few sold out sessions at Vancouver General Hospital, the team from Urban Poling have added introductory sessions at six other sites across Metro Vancouver this summer. The next session will take place at Richmond Hospital during the lunch hour on Wednesday August 19th – (12 noon to 12:30pm).
Twenty participants will be provided with loaner poles and a certified Occupational Therapist will then explain the benefits and walk with us to make sure we do it right. If you already have your own poles, feel free to join the event!
