Share stories of strength

Supporting each other

We all suffer with depression at some point in our lifetime and January can be a particularity hard month for many of us dealing with the cold, the darker hours and the post-holiday blues. What’s important to know is that you are not alone in feeling this way.
Me Too Conversations Vol. 2 is a free event where individuals can share their personal stories of hope, resilience and innovation in the face of mental illness. By talking about mental health and how it affects us all, we can reduce the stigma that keeps people from seeking help.

Speakers

A roster of speakers, including award-winning blogger Natasha Tracy, who lives with bipolar disorder, will be there to bring their own inspiring and witty perspectives. For more info about the list of speakers, visit vghfoundation.ca/metoo
