IABC Bronze Quill Award of Excellence in Media Relations Management

Public Affairs Director Laurie Dawkins and Senior Media Relations Officer Viviana Zanocco earned a Bronze Quill Award of Excellence in Media Relations Management.

The BC Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) recognized the duo for the media relations campaign to support the recent 10-day "boil water" period in Vancouver. Medical Health Officer Dr. Patty Daly was also identified as a key player in the strategy's success.
