Dietitians are encouraging Canadians to make at least one change in their diet or exercise habits

March is nutrition month in Canada

Just a small change in your eating habits can help you feel your best, maintain a healthy weight and prevent diseases such as obesity, Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and some cancers.
