Resources to help protect your health, family and home

The wildfire risk in British Columbia continues this summer with high temperatures, minimal precipitation and dry lighting strikes affecting much of the province. 

While there is currently no significant impact to the communities within the Vancouver Coastal Health Region, conditions can change at anytime.

Resources to help prepare for and prevent wildfiresWhether you are in an area at risk of forest fires, have returned home after being evacuated or are in an area exposed to smoke, the Provincial Emergency Program website provides lots of resources to help protect your health, family and home including:
