Request Access to CareConnect

Whether you are new or currently accessing CareConnect from within the VCH/PHC Health Authority, the following steps will help you get connected in your private practice. CareConnect will be available in private practices within other Health Authority regions and to other clinicians in the near future!

Are you the first person in your clinic signing up?

Complete the Private Practice Intake Form and our team will be in touch with you to confirm your eligibility for accessing CareConnect from your private practice office and provide you with next steps for enrolment.

My clinic is already using CareConnect, what do I need to do?

Email completed forms Our team will be in touch with you once we have reviewed your enrolment form to advise you on next steps to complete your enrolment. This may include confirming your identify using your BC Service Card with a BC Service Centre agent. Each person requesting access to CareConnect from a private practice office must register and complete the Privacy and Security Training course on LearningHub. This course is mandatory and must be completed prior to initial use of CareConnect. 

Note:  If you've never used LearningHub before you will need to "sign up for an account" and follow the instructions.

Medication information from PharmaNet is included with your CareConnect access. You will need to update your existing information or send a new access request to the Ministry of Health.

Request group access

For private practices requesting access for 5 or more people, we offer a group intake. Please contact for further information.
