Request Access to CareConnect and/or PharmaNet

Whether you are new or currently accessing CareConnect from within the VCH/PHC Health Authority, the following steps will help you get connected in your private practice. CareConnect will be available in private practices within other Health Authority regions and to other clinicians in the near future!

Are you the first person in your clinic signing up?

Complete the Private Practice Intake Form and our team will be in touch with you to confirm your eligibility for accessing CareConnect from your private practice office and provide you with next steps for enrolment.

My clinic is already using CareConnect, what do I need to do?

Please visit the Online Enrolment Portal https://my.careconnect.ca and under the heading “Sign in with your BC Services Card” click “Next” and follow the steps on the site. After you’ve validated your identity with the Services BC Representative click on Request CareConnect Access.



Applying for PharmaNet Access within CareConnect

You can view PharmaNet with CareConnect. To get access to PharmaNet with CareConnect, you must register your community practice clinic, and each practitioner must enrol with the Ministry of Health. Visit the Ministry of Health for more information.

Request group access

For private practices requesting access for 5 or more people, we offer a group intake. Please contact CareConnect@phsa.ca for further information.
