Our Advisory Committees met to explore how patients, families and the public can work together to improve health outcomes for seniors who enter hospitals. The first step to improve outcomes was to produce a video, Dorothy's Story: Seniors, Families, and Professionals - Partners in Care, showing the challenges faced by a woman and her daughter while accessing health care services.
