A patient-focused website, the Dementia Journey

We collected feedback from people living with dementia and their caregivers and used this information to develop a patient-focused website, the Dementia Journey.

This website provides resources to guide patients and caregivers in BC through the various stages of the disease. It also provides tools for managing dementia and accessing care.
