Type of accommodation | There are 89 1-bedroom assisted living units (550 sq. feet) with full kitchens and washrooms with showers. Generally speaking, the units are large enough to accommodate couples.

Motorized scooter policy | Residents wishing to use electric wheelchairs within the residence must be assessed for safety. Outdoor scooters are not permitted inside the building except for parking. |
Pet policy | Pets are permitted so long as the resident is able to care for them independently and they are appropriately groomed. A pet policy must be signed by the resident prior to move in. |
Smoking policy | Smoking is permitted inside a limited number of resident suites. The resident must supply an air purifier that is approved by the Operator. The air purifier must be of appropriate capacity to prevent odors from escaping the suite, as well as odors being minimized within the suite. The resident must agree not to smoke inside the resident's suite within two hours of scheduled assistance by staff. Outdoor designated smoking areas are also available. |
