Community rehabilitation services

Our community rehabilitation services help individuals develop skills and access resources to be successful in their living, working and social environments. Our programs will provide the support you need to explore your strengths and areas of interest, help you learn skills for daily living and promote a return to meaningful activity including leisure and employment.

What programs and services are offered?

Community Link Program

Our Community Link Program is based on what is important to you in the areas of leisure, education, work or any personal goals you may have. Our therapists and peer support workers will work one on one with you in the community and individually tailor the services to meet your needs.

Gastown Vocational Services

Gastown Vocational Services provides a range of vocational and educational services to both youth and adults who have a mental health disability. Services include:

  • Career planning
  • Assessment
  • Group or one to one work readiness skill training programs
  • Specialized pre-employment workshops
  • Work experience placements
  • Job coaching and supportive employment
  • Supported education services

Who’s eligible?

Each program will have eligibility requirements based on age, geographic location and symptoms.

Is there a cost?

These services are free-of-charge.
