Hospice palliative care is one of the many Home and Community Care services we offer

Hospice palliative care in our hospitals is provided on palliative care units (PCUs) as well any unit in the hospital.

These units provide care to patients with complex symptom management or other distressing problems.

Regardless of where you are in the hospital, your medical care team can work with hospice palliative care professionals to address your comfort and help plan your care.
