Health Services for Community Living (HSCL) provides support to adults with developmental disabilities and their families and caregivers.
It is one of the many Home and Community Care services we provide.What services are provided?We will help:
- Facilitate access to a range of community health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, nutrition and dental hygiene
- Train and support family members and caregivers
- Provide referrals to health care providers
- Advocate for specialist care
- Implement care plans for specific health concerns
