Need help immediately?
This service provides a central access point for adults to access mental health services.
If you feel you might be in danger of hurting yourself or someone else, call 9-1-1 or go to a hospital emergency department immediately.
What to expect
Following a referral from a general practitioner, individuals can access one of our central intake team members for an initial assessment and referral to one of our treatment teams. Visits to the central intake occur throughout one to three sessions and may include a referral to a psychiatrist.
Crisis intervention and suicide prevention
Professionally trained volunteers can provide free, confidential, non-judgmental, emotional support if you are experiencing feelings of distress or despair.
