Offers clinical assessment, counselling, specialized treatment planning, aftercare, and follow-up. Various interventions to address medical, psychological, social, and emotional concerns are used.

Pender Community Health Centre

Pender Community Health Centre (CHC) serves the Downtown Eastside, Gastown, and Strathcona communities. We provide a range of health care and support services to people who have acute, chronic, palliative or rehabilitative health care needs. Pender CHC provides a range of health care and support services to people who have acute, chronic, palliative or rehabilitative health care needs. Clients must reside in the downtown eastside, have no other primary care provider (are not attached to another family physician elsewhere), and experience barriers accessing services elsewhere.
