Ways to pay

Be sure to have your account number (or hospital account number) from your invoice or statement ready when you pay.

Pay online

Visit the online payment portal to pay your bill with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Online payment portal

The following hospital bill types are available for online payment:

  • Non-residents of Canada hospital fees, lab tests, x-rays, medication and other hospital services
  • Supplies (e.g., crutches, air boots)
  • Self-pay hospital fees (residents of Canada with no MSP coverage)
  • Preferred accommodation (private and semi-private rooms)
  • Enhanced hip or knee surgery
  • Lab tests not covered by MSP
  • Cosmetic surgery

Pay over the phone

Call to pay your bill with a credit card over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Pay in person

If you received care at a location listed below, you can pay your account in person at the cashier office by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit, cash, cheque, WeChat Pay, Ali Pay or Union Pay. Staff at the information desk can help you find the cashier office.

Please call 604-297-8512 or email patientbilling@phsa.ca. Accounts Receivable is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. PST. Receipts are available as part of the payment process. Please get in touch with us if you require an additional receipt.
