Personal Service Establishment Licensing
Operators are responsible for ensuring they comply with legislation, health authority policies, municipal by-laws and for obtaining all licences and/or approvals required to operate.
How to access
Prior to opening a personal service establishment, a non-permitted facility application form with floor plans must be submitted to your local health protection office.

Some procedures, such as Botox injections and wart removal, must be done by a regulated health professional under the Health Professions Act.
