For Nursing Bargaining Association members

Our competitive pay rates reflect the dedication and expertise of our nurses. You’ll receive increased base salaries of up to 6.75%, plus on-call, evening, night, weekend and super-shift premiums. In addition, regular RNs/RPNs working in the operating room, post-anesthetic room, emergency department (including psychiatric services) and intensive care/critical care units receive specialty nursing premiums, while nurses designated to act as a preceptor are offered additional premiums. We also reimburse 100% of the cost of the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives registration fee.
