Services include: processing applications for licenses, assessing suitability of potential managers/license, inspecting facilities and assessing program quality, investigating complaints and acting as a resource. A Community Care Facility License is required for any facility providing care for 3 or more people not related by blood or marriage to the operator of the facility.
