The team may include physicians, physiatrists, rheumatologists, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and speech language pathologists, depending on the patients needs.</div><div><br></div><div>Intensive inpatient rehabilitation is offered to patients who have been diagnosed with complex systemic inflammatory rheumatic diseases and/or associated reconstructive surgery. These include: </div><div><ul><li>Rheumatoid arthritis<br></li><li>Psoriatic arthritis<br></li><li>Ankylosing spondylitis<br></li><li>Lupus<br></li><li>Scleroderma<br></li><li>Joint reconstructive surgeries (i.e. knee, hip, ankle)<br></li></ul></div><div><br></div><div>Inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation is offered for people with a variety of neuromusculoskeletal impairments such as:</div><div><ul><li>Neuromuscular diseases<br></li><li>Guillain Barre syndrome<br></li><li>Multiple Sclerosis<br></li><li>Critical Illness Polyneuropathy/polymyopathy<br></li><li>Complex trauma<br></li><li>Amputee<br></li><li>Burns<br></li><li>Organ transplant<br></li></ul></div></div>4255 Laurel Street(604) 737-6291 - Referral intake officeV5Z 2G9BC<div class="ExternalClass8772CDDDE0BF4D58BA05AE8175233E8C"></div>Paid parking is available.
