Adult Day Programs provide older adults who may have physical and/or memory challenges or who are living with a chronic illness with supportive, culturally inclusive health, social stimulation and therapeutic recreational programs in their community.

  • Saturday:   Closed
  • Sunday:   Closed

Program operates between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays. Family members are welcome to visit during program hours. New referrals are welcome by appointment only.

How to get here

​There is free parking available on 4th and 5th avenues. For drop off, you may stop in front of the entrance to the Adult Day Program near 4th Avenue. The Centre will pick up seniors who have been admitted and are waiting for HandyDart Service.

More about this service

Beulah Adult Day Program is a specialized service that supports frail seniors with physical and/or cognitive challenges to live independently in their community for as long as possible.

Our Activity Team works with seniors to facilitate a variety of individual, small and large group activities based on interest, language and ability level.  These include:

  • Three daily falls prevention, functional fitness exercise programs for high, medium and low functioning participants
  • Mental aerobics
  • Discussion groups
  • Active games
  • Music therapy
  • Art and craft projects
  • Entertainment
  • Multicultural celebrations and events
  • Scenic and lunch outings
