ACT provides a client-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model for clients who have the most serious mental illnesses and complex substance use disorders, have severe functional impairments, and who would benefit from comprehensive, wrap around care.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    • Richmond residents aged 19 and older.
  • Get a referral

    Call our Central Intake team at (604) 204-1111.  Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Interpretation services are available for all other language needs. 

    ACT requires a referral from a physician, Nurse Practitioner or midwife.
