What is a Community of Practice all About?

“A group of people who share a common concern, a set of problems, or interest in a topic and who come together to fulfil both individual and group goals”.  (Cambridge and Suter 2005)

The VCH LTC Community of Practice will provide a forum to:

  • Build connections across the sector

  • Share the wealth of knowledge and experience

  • Show-case innovative practices that homes are proud of

  • Promote best practice and latest research

  • Explore areas of concern and finding solutions together

  • Provide education

Community of Practice meetings occur every third Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. via Zoom.
