Building amenities

Comfortable lounges, dining rooms accommodate all residents for one sitting, hallways lead back to central nursing station, washroom in each resident room.

Language, culture, religious affiliations

Predominantly English speaking, able to accommodate a variety of languages. Anglican Chaplain.

Accreditation status

Accreditation is an external peer review process to assess and improve the services health care organizations provide to their residents, based on standards of excellence set by Accreditation Canada or by CARF.

Philosophy of care

Individualized care in a home-like, safe and nurturing environment employing best practices.

Type of accommodation

A 55 bed residence with 45 single and 5 double rooms. Beds are provided, other furniture is available or resident can bring in their own.


Residents pay 80% of their after tax income which covers the cost of food and accommodation. Minimum and maximum rates apply. There may be other costs not included in the resident contribution. Visit our Costs page for more information.

Care home bus available for weekly outings.


All areas of the building are accessible.
