Our outpatient services provide psychiatric assessment, consultation and time-limited group psychotherapy treatment to adults dealing with:
Depression
Adjustment and personality issues
Generalized anxiety
Social anxiety
Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Obsessive compulsive disorder
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Panic disorders
Sexual disorders
Mental health issues related to reproduction
Our therapeutic approaches primarily include cognitive, psycho-educational and dialectical behavioural therapies. We work with clients, and sometime their families, to recognize and support their strengths. The goal is to improve clients' quality of life, prevent relapse and build on existing skills and the goals of each client.
Services may have restrictions related to age or residency.
These services are free.
