Open to the public; our Open Board Forums are an opportunity to join a conversation with our Board of Directors.

Open Board Forum

Every year, Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) holds three Open Board Forums to provide an opportunity for community members to hear directly from and engage with the organization’s senior leaders.

  • When are Open Board Forums held?

    Open Board Forums are usually held three time a year in the fall, winter and spring at various locations throughout the VCH region. Event information is listed in advance on this page.

  • Can I attend board meetings?

    Our Board of Directors holds meetings for the public that include formal and informal discussions with the community. These meetings are open to any member of the public.

  • Who appoints the board?

    The provincial government's Crown Agencies and Board Resourcing Office appoint board members for two-year terms.
