Urgent and primary care
Urgent & Primary Care Clinics (UPCCs) offer immediate care for non-life-threatening conditions in Vancouver and Richmond. Join our dedicated and growing teams to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Hospitalist
Be the first point of contact in our hospitals, providing MRP medical care to a diverse patient population. Work in a multidisciplinary team managing complex cases, supported by experienced colleagues, with opportunities in both community and large urban hospitals.
Mental health and substance use
Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team addressing mental health and substance use challenges for children, youth, and adults across the VCH region. Provide compassionate, patient-centred care to individuals with complex needs, and contribute to innovative approaches in mental health and substance use treatment.
Long-term care
Provide compassionate and professional care and guidance in supportive, secure settings, helping meet the complex needs of diverse patients. Work closely with an inter-professional team, collaborating to deliver thoughtful, client-centred care that truly makes a difference.
Palliative care

Primary care/community health centres
VCH operates primary care centres delivering comprehensive, team-based care for clients with complex clinical and psychosocial needs. These often vulnerable clients require intensive services for stability, with a focus on transitioning to less intensive care once stable.
