Enrollment steps

• Set up your LearningHub account

  Create or reuse an account

  If you don't have a Learning Hub account yet, create one. If you already have one, simply reuse it.

  • Important: Only one Learning Hub account is allowed, and it must be linked to your school email address for the duration of your placement at VCH.
  • Ensure your account details are accurate at least one month before your placement starts to ensure proper access to training and clinical systems.

• Receive the training email from the learning team

  You will receive an email from the Cerner Learning Team about 3 to 4 weeks before your placement start date.

  What the email includes:

  • The name of your required curriculum.
  • A link to the self-enrollment page.

• Self-enroll in the required curriculum

  Complete all prerequisite online training modules before attending any in-person training.

  • These modules are available through the Learning Hub. Log in to complete them at your convenience.
  • All sustainment training is self-registration. You will need to enroll yourself using the link and instructions in the email you received.

  Important: You will not be automatically enrolled. Be sure to follow the instructions to register for the required modules.

• Attend classroom training

  • You will receive the exact training schedule through the LearningHub prior to your arrival.
  • Your classroom training will take place on your first or second day on site.
