Vancouver Coastal Health's Population Health Fund is committed to supporting urban and rural communities across the VCH region to improve their health and well-being, especially for more marginalized communities to overcome barriers to wellness.
At VCH, we support a diverse group of local non-profit organizations to offer quality, evidence-based and innovative projects and programs that empower communities to become healthier, alleviate pressures on the health care system, and increase a community's ability to advocate for and achieve better health outcomes.
Health promotion projects and programs supported by VCH Health Promotion Grants are carefully vetted, monitored, and evaluated to ensure accountability and community impact. By investing in community-driven initiatives through Vancouver Coastal Health Promotion Grants, you're supporting upstream, community-driven solutions with long-term, meaningful impacts toward making our communities better and healthier places for everyone.
